Saturday Workshops

Workshops

A collection of ceramic pig money boaxes by Wendy How

Periodically we hold one-day Saturday workshops in The Old School, Ashley Green. These are led by professional tutors and in the past have covered oils, watercolour and mixed media.

Places are for members and their guests only. Workshops are popular and are kept to a limited number of participants. Members are advised to register their interest early. There is limited parking available.

Life Drawing Workshops

We also hold life drawing and painting sessions at Hastoe Village Hall, Hastoe. These 4-hour sessions are with one/two models (depending upon numbers) and no tutor. They are for members and their guests only. The Hall has large windows giving good light and overlooking a paddock and countryside to the south.

Places are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. Coffee and tea are provided. There is parking for 60 cars.

Winter Drawing Evenings

During the winter months, we organise informal drawing evenings with professional models for members to draw or paint. Winter drawing evenings are for members only and are held in the Court House, Berkhamsted.

Numbers may be limited due to restricted space and members must bring their own drawing equipment. A small charge is made for refreshments.

Summer Outdoor Drawing Evenings
